Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative members in south central Bastrop County will experience temporary power outages Tuesday, March 5, as crews complete an upgrade to electric distribution lines. The upgrade will increase the voltage carried through the power lines and is needed to continue to reliably serve a growing number of members in the area.
Power will be interrupted to Bluebonnet members Tuesday from 9-10 a.m. The streets affected during the outage include Easley Road, Farris Lane, FM 2571, Highway 304, Ironstone Road, Johns Road, Marina Road, New Lane, Split Rail Lane, Sunset Lane, Tiner Cutoff, Tiner Hill Loop and Young School House Road.
